Proof photos are kept for internal records and taken only with customer permission. They should show the agreed work only, with no people, personal papers, screens or access details.

Can I book a one-off clean?
Maids in a Minute is built around regular subscription cleaning. If your home needs an initial reset before maintenance visits, ask us about adding that to the subscription set-up.
How are my regular visits arranged?
We agree a preferred recurring day and time window after checking the home setup and available cleaner capacity. Your booking is confirmed once the details are agreed.
Can I add an oven, fridge or microwave clean?
Yes. Request an appliance add-on for an upcoming visit. We’ll confirm the price and extra time before adding it to your booking.
Do cleaners take photos?
Only if you give permission. Any proof photos should be limited to the agreed work and must not include people, personal documents, screens or access information.
What happens if something can’t be completed?
Your cleaner records blocked work or a concern for the team to review. We agree the next step with you instead of silently skipping a task.
